Joy Music Studio is an established music school in Marine Parade. We’re looking for a warm, confident and highly organised Studio Coordinators who can respond to enquiries, nurture leads into trial sign-ups, manage schedules/invoices accurately, and support events.
Job Responsibilities
Customer care & lead nurturing (core)
Respond to enquiries
Proactively encourage leads to sign up for trials
Arrange trial lessons and onboard new students
Keep clear notes so no leads fall through the cracks
Scheduling, invoicing & operations (core)
Coordinate between parents, students and teachers for scheduling/reschedules
Maintain tidy records and systems for customer support and invoicing
Prepare/send monthly invoices accurately and on time
Track payments and handle parent questions professionally
Manage basic inventory (books) and support day-to-day studio operations
Events support (required)
Support concerts/workshops/camps (coordination + on-the-day operations)
Assist with event communications/logistics and basic photo/video capture when needed
Work Arrangements
Days: 3-5 days per week (weekends are required)
Shifts: 11:00am–7:00pm and Weekends: 8:30am–6:30pm (Days are generally fixed once agreed with occasional roster changes within these hours.)
Event Support (concerts/workshops/camps) with occasional additional hours is required
Salaried/Hourly options possible
Pre-requisites
Highly committed:
Highly punctual and reliable — arriving on time is essential
At least 2 years commitment to the role (we invest in training; this role takes time to master)
Excellent at:
Organizing and managing scheduling changes
Prepare invoices with accuracy (monthly invoices, parent questions)
Lead follow-ups to convert enquiries into trial sign-ups (WhatsApp/Phone Calls/Email)
Using Google Sheets and learning new systems
Warm, professional communication with parents and students
Nice to have:
Music or education/tuition experience
Customer-facing or operations related experience
