Here’s how to enroll in a class:

1 - Contact us with your interest and schedule a trial class

2 - Complete the registration form that will be sent to you

3 - After registration, an invoice for the program fees will be sent to your email. To complete enrollment, kindly make payment for the program fees before the first class to secure a class placement.

The program costs $860 for the full program or $430 per term. There are no additional materials or books costs.

Music Explorer Group classes (4.5-6.0 age group) are independent classes (non-parent accompanied).

Parents and caregivers are invited to join in for the last 5 minutes of class to observe the students' progress.

For students who attend a trial lesson during the first week of the term and enrol afterwards, this session will count as the first paid class of the term.

If you cannot join our trial classes, please contact us. We’d be happy to set up a phone call or a 15-min complimentary consult with one of our Music Explorer teachers.

There will be a minimum of 1 student enrolled to start the class.

If only one student is enrolled in a class, the session duration will be 30min (instead of 45min). The same lesson material is covered, while while keeping the lesson length appropriate for their age and attention span.

If only one student is enrolled in a class, the session will continue as a one-on-one lesson but the duration will be reduced to 30 minutes (instead of the usual 45 minutes for a group class).

We cannot guarantee replacement classes for missed lessons by students for our Music Explorer classes due to the nature of group lessons. Students may request up to a maximum of 2 replacement classes per term.

Providing early notice of planned absences gives us the best chance to offer a suitable alternative, such as attending another session or scheduling a shorter individual class, if available. In the case of illness, a medical certificate is required.

For extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or hospitalization, please submit an appeal form and our management will review it on a case-by-case basis.

If the class is cancelled by the studio or if the teacher is unable to conduct the class, we will provide a replacement class at the end of the term or a credit note at the school’s discretion to be used towards the next Music Explorer term fees or other music lessons at our school.

Kindly note we will only accept new students into our Explorer 2 classes on a case-by-case basis. Our teachers will need to assess if your child is ready to begin Explorer 2 lessons and we would recommend that your child be at least 5 years old.
