Fifty students participated in our first ever Band Camp.
This fantastic 3-day workshop taught each student:
1. what it means to play in a band,
2. how to be a band member, and
3. how to perform together.
Students also learned values such as teamwork, performance, and showmanship.
The 3-day workshop ended with a Grand Finale performance on our home-made stage on Level 1 of Parkway Centre. Every participant performed together to the delight of their proud parents and friends in the audience.
What a joy to see the proud faces of both students and parents. We were very encouraged by our first successful event!
